Moving company is Yakuza?

Labor Union announced that a moving company "Arisan mark no hikkosiya(Literally means moving company of ant mark)" has imposed unjust environment on employees.
For example, the company doesn't wage employees for working overtime. It's called "service working overtime" Also, when labors mistakenly break furniture, he/she must compensate for it. Nobody can do without mistake. Thus company should have insurance for it. But it didn't.
The other day, an employee consulted a labor union and did collect bargaining. Then, the company wrongly fired him. It's against labor laws. So he sued the company so that he can back to the company and make the company compensate him for what it did.
After the trial started, the company acknowledged that he can back to the company. But it moved him to another office and ordered him to do manual and tiresome job shredding papers. So he sued the company for the wrong treatment and would like to get compensated. Also the labor union did a speech in front of the company. Then the company personals came and threaten them like Yakuza, Japanese mafia.

Abe will never die for his loving country, Japan

Many Japanese have doubted the bill that Japan tries to reinforce the alliance between Japan and the USA. According to notable surveys taken by newspapers, the number of Japanese doubting the bill is larger than those who support. Many left-wing-oriented parties have protested the bill. Nevertheless, the bill was passed today.
Japan is going to intervene conflicts in foreign countries in order to support the USA. In other words, Japanese army will die in the battlefield. Prime minister must be responsible for it.
Last year, Abe appeared on a TV program and was asked if he could die for Japan.

What answer did you expect?

He said he can't answer it so easily.
An actor said to him, "You got ready to die, when you become a prime minister, right?"
Abe said "Even if I said I am ready to die, it sounds as if I told a lie "

From TV program, "たかじんのそこまで言って委員会" He didn't say yes nor no.

Japanese constitution and law say the prime minister of Japan is the leader of Japanese(self-defense) army.
It's like a comedy that those who can't die for Japan order army to go to the battle field which may lead to death.

Dignity of Tama Art University is ruined

After Sano's Olympic logo got suspected, other "artists" related to Tama Art University got suspected.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tama_Art_University

Look at the following logos. The right one is designed by German food company. Then the company owned by Ryousuke Uehara graduated from Tama Art University, presented the similar logo(left one).

Ryousuke Uehara
Also, Naoto Fukazawa, a professor in Tama Art University seemed to stole another artist's idea.
The upper chair was designed by Nana Ditzel, Danish artist and the under picture is designed by Mr Fukazawa.

Many Japanese wondered Tama Art University is teaching how to copy other's work, instead of copyright.

Japanese first lady has an affair…?

According to the gossip magazine, Josei-seven, Japanese first lady, Akie Abe had a date with one of the most famous Japanese musicians.

The musician is Yasunori Hotei. Mrs Abe has said she is on good terms with him and uploaded a picture with him.

But in this time, reporter witnessed that she, being drunk badly in a bar, called for him in the late night and got in close contact with him. She even kissed him in his neck.

Yasunori have had two wives. Today’s wive had an affair with him when Yasunori was married to his first wife, and finally managed to marry him. Ironically, she had had to pay for it. Yasunori has had another affair other than Mrs Abe.

What is more ironical is that Yasunori’s father is Korean. Japanese prime minister Abe is known as a nationalist in the world and he is hated by Korean. Since Korean have insulted him too much, Japanese nationalists or conservatives came to hate Korean. Guess how disappointing it is for the nationalists to hear Mrs Abe’s affair.

Haruki’s work is almost bought up?

Haruki Murakami is one of the most famous Japanese author in Japan. He has been expected to win Nobel prize in Literature but not yet.

picture quoted from Wikipedia.

According to Japanese media Shinbunkasya, nine out of ten Haruki’s first edition books of Haruki got reserved by Kikuniya, one of the biggest bookstore companies in Japan.

Today, more and more people use online bookstores such as Amazon.co.jp(Amazon.com), and many bookstores in the streets have suffered drop in sales. So Kikuniya tries to prevent such online bookstore from selling books. The number of first edition of Haruki’s new book is 100 thousand. And 90,000 is reserved by Kikuniya and 5,000 will be supplied online bookstores.
But this must result in ironical end. Bookworms will get disappointed at such bookstores and less and less spend money on them.

The logo of 2020 Tokyo Olympic is plagiarism?

The other day, somebody suspected that 2020 Olympic’s log is much similar to another logo. Here is the comparison image.

Needless to say, they are too similar… Kenjiro Sano designed the Olympic’s emblem and after this suspicion spread,  he denied that he hadn’t plagiarized the theater’s emblem.

Seeing this news, Japanese net users censored his works and many works which he seemed to plagiarize were found. The following are the examples.

You see the emblem of “BEACH” Original designer got mad at and sued him. Also that Belguian designer sued WOC(World Olympic Committee) so that it won’t use the emblem.

The following is another example.
Mr Sano’s design for new museum.

This design was created before Mr Sano handed in that museum

Politician boasted of his having bullied a teacher

Hiromichi Kumada, Japanese politician, he confessed in his homepage that he wasn’t a good student. He didn’t like young teacher and would like to argue her into silence. Then his group locked her in a bathroom stall and threw crackers in one after another. She ordered them to open the door first but as they threw crackers again and again, she came to beg and finally scared. After they got satisfied, they opened the door and she ran away from smoke. Of course, they were forced to make up for it after that. What is controversial is that he wrote it in his homepage and boasted that memory.

Many Japanese read the article and got mad and criticized him. He finally apologized and removed the article but he will be payed for it again at next election.
He apoligozed at his homepage. http://www.kumada-hiromichi.com/giin/index.html

Foolish man caused ebola panic

When one Japanese backed from Sierra, he had fever. It means he could have ebola. Health officer noticed him inspected him and announced a Japanese may have ebola. Japanese got pani After the news broadcast, a net user found his blog.

In his blog, he belong to a certain manufacture company selling machines for sterilizing. Also he said, he went to Sierra in order to aid peeple there with the machines. What is wrong is that he directly touched corpse infected by ebola. It's the riskiest thing when you deal with infected thing. He would be specialist in virus, while he did careless deeds.

The article of the blog spread rapidly and net users blame and laugh at them and came to think his company does a fraud. Although it was finally proved that he doesn't have ebola, his company will suffer from much damage by this panic. Who dares to depend on this company?

The postcard of the machine saying the cost of sterilizing is low(1.4 yen/litter) It also says they aid west African in order to save African from ebola.

In an exam, nationalistic high school student wrote "China" in a disciminative way.

A nationalistic student had a geography exam  and he wrote "支那(pronunciation is like shina)" instead of "中国(China)"

"支那" basically stems from its pronunciation, "China" and there is no discriminating meaning in it. But China's name in Chinese character, "中国" itself means "the central of the world" In other words, it means China is superior to the other countries. Japanese nationalists who look down on China don't want to call China "中国" and therefore came to use it in order to discriminate China. Thus today "支那" is equivalent to "jap" or "chink"
"支那" is also used like "東支那海(east China sea)” and this usage doesn't have discriminating meaning. So whether "支那" has discriminating word or not depends on the context. In this case, he apparently used it in a discriminating way.

The teacher of the student gave a cross to the answer and the student complained and posted a tweet in order to show nationalistic followers the "teacher's wrong correction"

Some nationalists agreed with him but other Japanese who know common knowledge blamed him badly. Finally he gave up justifying what he did.

The Japanese govenment would like to train somebody like Steve Jobs

Ministry of Intarnal Affairs and Communications(MIC) held a business competition in order to find out an innovator equivalent to Steve Jobs, who brought about PC revolution. 617 applicants applyed to it with ideas of ingenious inventions and 10 of them won.

The funny thing about the competition is that MIC gives each of them no more than 3 million yen (25,000$) and the copyright of the inveition must belong to MIC.

Many of Japanese laughed at how stingy the Japanese govenment is. It's obvious that if you can become Steve Jobs by just spending 300 million yen, everybody would have done it so far. Basically Japanese public oficers and politicians are too foolish and their business often fail. No wonder the Japanese govenment has too learge debt.

The detail of the cometition is here(Japanese language)
