Ramen Jiro's lover stopped eating Jiro

Today, more and more people in the world eat ramen noodle. It came from Chinese dish but Japan improved it and even Chinese call noodle as Japanese style ramen(日式拉麺).

In Tokyo, there are famous ramen shops called Jiro. What is special there is that it serves the crazy amount of ramen.

A guy loves Jiro's ramen has been to different Jiro's ramen shops and eaten ramen. Then he tweeted its taste using special language. Because of his tweets, he became popular among Japanese net surfers. But Jiro's ramen contains lots of salt(more than 10 g) and lots of fat. Because of this, he seemed to get sick and announced that he give up tweeting for "some accidents"

A Japanese investor lost 450 million yen because of Black Friday

A Japanese investor tweeted that he lost 450 million yen($3.98 million) for failure of investing.

This tweet drew attentions of internet surfers. Some feel sorry for him others laugh. He said he made 300 million yen by as a realtor and owing a company. In spite of this failure, he hasn't learned from it and still tries to continue investment.

US planned to drop other atomic bombs on Japan

In the end of WW2, the USA dropped atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. It was one of the critical reasons why Japanese emperor Hirohito decided to surrender.

English media THE DAILY BEAST found that the USA was planning to drop further bombs.

The anticipation of the US military wasn’t completely wrong. In fact, even though Hirohito decided, after atomic bombs,  to surrender and convinced military generals to do,  some generals didn’t acknowledged it. Hirohito recorded the declaration of the surrender and it was going to broadcast in radio. Then some generals tried to do coup. They occupied emperor’s palace and searched for the record but couldn’t find and the generals were finally arrested or killed themselves. Thus the declaration was successfully done.

But if the declaration hadn’t been announced, the worst tragedy in history would have happened…Even though Japan had to compensate for crimes, is it justified to drop atomic bombs to kill civilians?

A lawyer got knocked out and his penis was cut by his employee’s husband

According to Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, a 42 year-old-lawyer was attacked by Ikki Kozuka, a graduate student whose wife works for the lawyer’s office.

In the lawyer’s office, Ikki punched and knocked the lawyer out. Then he cut the lawyer’s penis with scissors and let it flow in the toilet. He finally got arrested.

He goes to Keio graduate school and had a professional boxer’s license. According to the police, he acknowledged what he did and had the suspected that his wife and the lawyer had an affair. At that time, he visited the lawyer’s office to talk about the affair.

Japanese media, Daily Sports, asked Haruo Kitamura, a lawyer, about this case. He told that Ikki may be jailed for 15 years at longest but if the victim has a fault to some extent, it can be 7-8 years. And judging from past Precedent, Ikki may have to pay to him 13.8 million yen(0.11 million $) for compensation.

Japanese net users got surprised at how low the compensation is. For most guys, it’s worth millions of dollars. How do you think of it?




Other media noted that the lawyer and Ikki’s wife have “sexual trouble” She might be raped but nothing is cleared.

A dentist, 56 years old, got into debt in order to run dental clinic. But his wife got angy and blamed him saying, "Since you got into debt while you have no plan to pay it, kill yourself and pay the debt with life insurance!" Then she sent him an email filled fully with "死ね死ね死ね死ね死ね死ね...." "死ね" means "Drop dead!"This word is sometimes used when Japanese deny ohter existence itself. Finally the dentist commited suicide by hanging.

Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department arrested her for suicide abetting. According to the police, she acknoledged what she did but she didn't expect him to kill himself.

It is often said Japan is a male‐dominated society. But when it comes to household, wives tend to take intiative. There is a famous anecdote in which a housewife managed family income and savings. She sneakily withdrew the saving, which her husband had deposited before they got married. The sum is 10 million yen (85,000＄) On TV program she confessed it to him and he was so shocked but forced to forgive her while smiling bitterly. Many Japanese despaired at it ang gave up getting married.
